Payments: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as selected digital payment methods offered at checkout. Payment must be fulfilled upon parcel delivery for COD orders.

Estimated delivery timelines (typically 3–5 business days for major cities and 5–7 days for other regions in Pakistan) are approximate and subject to courier service operations.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
